The Hydral® and HyBrite® ATH products are valued mainly as paper filler pigments. The very white, super-fine Hydral® Coat pigments are used by the paper industry for outstanding paper coatings with good ink gloss and printability.

A slurry pigment of 1.0 micron white hydrated alumina with a 100% TAPPI brightness used as a paper filler for improved brightness and maintaining opacity. Can partially or fully replace titanium dioxide in certain paper grades where high whiteness and cost savings are necessary. |
